As a policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products delivered in impeccable condition as per the original order specifications. 

Please note that the dimensions, measurements, and appearance of products presented on this website are provided to the best of our estimations. Any concerns or challenges regarding these aspects will not be addressed.

If you observe any damage to your product upon unpacking, promptly capture a photograph of the damaged products along with their packaging. Forward the image to us within 24 hours of receiving the package at mailhouseofiki@gmail.com  with the subject line "Damaged Package." Please, also include your order number and transaction date in the email. We will initiate a refund upon inspection of the images within 3-4 business days. 

Conditions for refund

For the purpose of this policy, a 'damaged' product is defined as one that is chipped, cracked, or entirely broken. Variations in size, glaze, and colour are not considered damages since each product is handmade and hand glazed and minor variations are expected. 

Ships within 6-7 days. Shipping charges applicable.

• The exterior is unglazed or partially glazed. Though fired to Cone 6, the stoneware retains slight porosity (about 2–3%).
  For this reason, we recommend avoiding dishwasher use.
• Use gentle materials for washing—no abrasives.
• Avoid scraping the surface.
• Clean carefully and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Ensure the pieces have fully dried before storing them away.
• Keep away from sudden temperature changes.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Microwave safe, but best used minimally.

Please note that each of our pots is a unique work of art. When you buy sets, slight variations in size, shape and glaze colours are not flaws, but rather a celebration of human craftsmanship that transcends the uniformity of machines. It is in these imperfections that the true beauty of our craftsmanship is revealed, a reminder that in a world of mass production, the soulful touch of the human hand still reigns supreme.
