A gentle introduction to pottery through hand building
There is something lovely about shaping clay with your hands. It slows you down in the nicest way and gives you a small thrill when you realise you’ve made something real. If you’ve been wanting a gentle creative break, this hand-building workshop might be the sweetest place to begin. Come make a mug, a tray, a little treasure for your home. Come with a friend, come on your own, come as you are. In this session, you’ll learn the basics of working with clay using hand-building techniques. Guided throughout, you'll shape and decorate your own ceramic pots. Choose from a range of surface techniques including textures, imprints, carving, and painting to make your piece truly your own. Workshop Details Location: House of Iki, near Sandip Foundation, Nashik Date: 23 November 2025 (Sunday) OR 29 November 2025 (Saturday) Time: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM Fee: ₹2249 per person (all inclusive) Limited seats. Cancellation Policy
• Missed Workshops: No refunds or rescheduling options will be available for no-shows or missed sessions under any circumstances. • Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 4 days before your workshop date. After this, a refund will only be processed if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist or through your referral. • Seat Transfers: Your seat may be transferred to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. • No Postponements: Bookings cannot be deferred to future dates. • Breakage Disclaimer: While we take utmost care of all student work, pottery is fragile and pieces can sometimes break in the firing process.
