Pottery Workshop

There is something lovely about shaping clay with your hands. It slows you down in the nicest way and gives you a small thrill when you realise you’ve made something real. If you’ve been wanting a gentle creative break, this hand-building workshop might be the sweetest place to begin. Come make a mug, a tray, a little treasure for your home. Come with a friend, come on your own, come as you are. In this session, you’ll learn the basics of working with clay using hand-building techniques. Guided throughout, you'll shape and decorate your own ceramic pots. Choose from a range of surface techniques including textures, imprints, carving, and painting to make your piece truly your own.
